Why Consign?

You may be wondering why being a consignor is better than holding yet another garage sale. Well, if you want to get up at the crack of dawn to set everything up, sit in the hot sun all day and then have to deal with people trying to negotiate on every single item, have fun!!! We think there's a better way and suggest you take a closer look at seasonal consignment sales, preferably ours!

With a minimal amount of prep - work that can be done whenever it's convenient - you can become a consignor. Simply sort, prepare and price your items and then drop them off the week of the sale. The organizers do all of the advertising and staff the event. People from all over will come to buy your beautiful clothing, toys, books, bedding, furniture, etc. and instead of sweating out the day in your driveway, you can simply enjoy yourself.

The most common seasonal consignment sales tend to be all about kids and to meet this growing demand, we are proud to bring you Kids-Go-Round, Jacksonville's premier children's seasonal consignment sale. Because our sale is operated like a temporary retail store, our recommended pricing is higher than normal garage sale prices. We carry only quality, gently-used items and because we ensure every piece is in top working condition, our customers expect to pay 25-40% of full retail value. When was the last time you got that at a garage sale?!?!

Once the sale is over, you have the option of picking up anything of yours that did not sell. Of course, you could also choose to donate any remaining items to our designated charities. Donations are a great way to help area women and children in need.

The best part is, that for a minimum amount of effort you'll get paid! You'll receive a check approximately 14 days after the sale's conclusion along with a detailed inventory report.

Our 2009 Fall/Winter sale is set, September 24-26th, and now is the time to start planning. Get busy cleaning out your kids' closets, toy boxes and play rooms today!
